Build a growth engine with AI agents

A practical one-day AI agents workshop in London for solopreneurs, growth marketers, GTM engineers, and operators who want to build AI agents that run a full-funnel growth engine: operationalising the work, analysing what's working, and adapting as they grow.

Only 20 10 seats remaining

Saturday 1 August 2026 10am–5pm £100 Ramen Space, Dalston

By popular demand we doubled the room to 20 seats, and half are already gone. Grab one of the last 10 before they do.

What you'll learn

This is not a theory day. It's a hands-on AI agents workshop where you build agents that find growth opportunities and act on what moves the needle for your business.

Builders working at desks during a hackathon at Ramen Space
  • 1

Set up agents as your growth team. Get Claude Code or Codex ready and briefed to work on real growth tasks, not demos.

  • 2

Engineer content at scale. Build an agent workflow that turns good sources into publish-ready blog, video, and social output from repeatable templates.

  • 3

Run real outreach. Wire an agent to the Gmail API to draft and send personalised outreach at volume, a working end-to-end flow.

  • 4

Make it compound. Leave with a self-improving loop (monitoring, alerts, custom templates, and an agents.md) that keeps the engine sharpening itself after the day.

The 3 workflows

Three workflows you'll actually build, each a working part of a growth engine rather than a technical demo. Together they find demand, turn it into outreach, and keep improving on their own.

Workflow 1

Content engineering (SEO, video, social)

  1. Agents search, track and store material
  2. Content is transformed via skills and templates
  3. Publish-ready blog, videos, and social posts

Inputs get transformed into content and compound into content across channels.

Workflow 2

Outreach that actually lands

  1. Your CRM and lists plug in, then agents enrich and qualify them
  2. An agent drafts personalised emails
  3. Optional manual review
  4. Real sends via the Gmail API

Use the Gmail API to auto-draft personalised outreach at scale, review, then send.

Workflow 3

A loop that compounds

  1. Your workflows run
  2. Monitoring and reporting on results
  3. Alerts on what moved the needle
  4. Templates and agents.md get sharper
  5. The next run starts better

Turn the engine into a self-improving system with agents refining each cycle to keep it growing and delivering more value daily.

What's included

A full day of hands-on teaching with Claude Code and Codex (yes, plenty of vibe coding), lunch, and time to apply the workflows to your own work.

  • Full-day workshop from 10am–5pm
  • Hands-on setup help for Claude Code or Codex
  • Three connected growth-engine workflows you can keep running
  • Prompt and workflow examples you can reuse after the day
  • Working time, questions, feedback, and troubleshooting
  • Lunch at Ramen Space
  • Pre-workshop prep sheet so you can make the most of the day

Who it's for

This workshop is for anyone building a growth function with AI agents, but who does not want to spend weeks figuring out the setup alone.

  • Solopreneurs who want a growth function without hiring a team or an AI consultant
  • Growth marketers who want to operationalise more experiments per week
  • GTM engineers who want agent-driven funnel and ops workflows
  • Operators and founders who want a growth engine that runs itself
  • Non-technical builders who want to put Claude Code and Codex to work on growth

Probably not for you if...

You want a high-level AI trends talk, a passive lecture, or enterprise AI strategy slides. This is a working day for people who want a growth engine running, not theory.
